AT LAST! Everything you ever wanted to know about James Arne Alexandersson Riise,  Seaham Harbour's most famous Kidney Dialysis Patient. There is no-one in Seaham quite like James Riise (AKA Tom Mackenzie). Ask 20 people in Seaham who Denise Robertson is and you will get at least three who say 'isn't she on the telly'. Ask the same 20 people who James Riise is and you will get a blank stare. And yet this local hero lists himself on many websites as an international radio superstar who has survived non-hodgkin's lymphoma, cardiovascular disease, kidney failure and bipolar disorder. We think the time has come for this legend to receive the recognition he deserves. While he says he is a 'Kidney Dialysis Patient at Sunderland Royal Hospital and Presenter at Pipeline Radio,' here you will learn about his glittering career as a football coach, talent scout and railway manager...

    The many names of James Riise: Joonas Kasper Raisanen, Tom MacKenzie, Iceman, etc;

    James Riise's education at St. Aidan's RC School in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear - we have interviews with several of his contemporaries who are a bit bemused to say the least; also with his contemporaries at the Bluecoat School in Blackheath.

    James Riise's time at Crystal Palace Football Club;

    James Riise's time at pirate radio station Radio Caroline, where he worked with credit-card fraudster Chris Cary ('Spangles Muldoon') - more about that later!

    James Riise's time as player-manager of a boys' football team  (Seaham AFC) - Google it!

    Company Director (With Christine Mavis McKie/Oughton) of Scandinavian Media Ltd;

    Company Director (With Christine Mavis McKie/Oughton) of Sounds Nordic Ltd;

    James Riise's time as the Fleet Support Manager at Swiftrail Ltd - Swiftrail owned several locomotives but never managed to run one on a public line.

    How James Riise worked alone with Seaham children from 2005 - 2008 without a CRB check - for example:

    Simon Davenport (14) - Little Lewis (13) - James and Jak (12) - Marc Oliver (14) - Matthew Vant (16) - Roddy Lynch (14) - Videos to follow. (James says he has a seven-year-old son of his own, so that's OK.)

    James Riise's many business associates: Jason/Graham/David + French/Kirk/Nellyer - Ronald Ross - Lol Gellor - Gijs van Egmond - Paul Walker - Glenn Kirby - Simon Fenwick (Company details and addresses to follow.)

    James Riise's links to hospital radio stations;

    James Riise's interesting relationship with Durham Constabulary;

    How James Riise says he was left to die by staff at ASDA in Seaham - also his constantly-changing sexuality and his stormy relationship with Andrew Cole; then, of course, there's the extraordinary video attack on the ASDA management team, now removed from YouTube but still available on our server. Just a matter of time.

    James Riise: Football coach and talent scout (at Austin Sanders in Darlington & Secure City Sports)

    James Riise's incredible medical history: how he survived 'non-hogkins lymphoma' (a typo, maybe?) - how he survived a heart attack and was back in Happy Eating the same day - How he survived a heartrate of 194, which would kill a racehorse - how he was due to have both knees replaced in 2012, then somehow recovered; how he only had hours to live in 2013 but managed to use Facebook while on life-support. And there's more.

 James used to have a Facebook account, which disappeared abruptly when various people began to question his status as a dialysis patient at Sunderland Royal Hospital. One fansite was taken down after threats of legal action from Jason Nellyer, a long-time associate of James Riise. Jason Nellyer can hardly deny his associaton with Riise, since his name and address appear so many times on the Companies House website in connection with James Riise.

Red Rag? Bull?
